Use of the Site

The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use to learn about and enroll in classes, camps and events offered by Dance Athletics Studio. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Enrollment & payment

Enrollment in classes, camps, and intensives is governed by separate agreements provided at the time of registration. Tuition, fees, refund and cancellation policies are set out in those documents.

Studio policies

All students and visitors must follow the studio's posted code of conduct, attendance, and safety policies. The studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants who violate these policies.

Liability waiver

Dance involves physical activity and inherent risk. Participants (or parents/guardians of minors) agree to a liability waiver as part of enrollment. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the logo, photographs, graphics, copy, and design — is the property of Dance Athletics Studio or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Photo & video release

By participating in classes, camps and events, students (or their guardians) consent to occasional photography or video that may be used in studio promotional materials. You may opt out in writing at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
